Vision Formulation

• Develop a clear understanding of what the product will become
• The vision is iteratively developed as the product evolves
• Marketing and development is driven by the vision

Requirements

• The vision determines a set of requirements which in turn generates a set of product features with priorities
• These requirements and features will evolve with the product
• The Venture Partner is integrally involved

Teams

• Development teams are led by the Scrum Master
• The Venture Partner joins the development team on reviews and planning
• Stone Three provides management, administration and support of the development teams

Sprint Planning

• Sprints are cycles of development, planning and review during the validation and pilot stages of the Innovation Funnel.
• Features, time and cost estimates are accepted
• The Product Owner is key in the feature list and vision refinement

Sprint Execution

• Teams work on the prioritised development
• The sprint output is a tested product implementing a set of features for market deployment
• Results are are used to evaluate assumptions made for the sprint

Sprint Review

• After each sprint, the team delivers a working, tested entity to the Product Owner
• Sprint features are reviewed
• The entity can be used to test in the market
• All knowledge is fed into the next sprint planning
