• Produces product architecture and development as well as technology selection
• Helps to reduce the shared risk

Venture Capital

• Provides funding for the development
• Compliments and adds business skills
• Increases networking coverage
• Not necessarily a classical "VC" but can be the Venture Partner, Technologist or a combination thereof
